MEET THE TEAM

James Barnett
James Barnett is the visionary behind DaySpring's remarkable journey to global leadership in Christian expressions. For 29 years, as president, he transformed a small partnership into a powerhouse, distributing over 200 million products worldwide. Beyond DaySpring, James authored "Blue Skies" and founded Mary & Martha. He resides in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, with his wife, Marilyn. They have three adult children, five grandchildren, and are active members of Fellowship Bible Church in Rogers, Arkansas.

Charles Ryan Dunham
Ryan is the Chief Operations Officer at the Come and See Foundation, with 30+ years of experience in nonprofit and for-profit roles. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Bowling Green State University and returns to Ohio each fall for "tractor therapy" during the harvest season.
Before joining Come and See, he most recently served as the CEO of an early-stage investment firm. He led the strategic development and structuring of company operations with approximately $150M in assets under management.
Ryan has spent most of his professional career in executive roles with organizations dedicated to resourcing the global Church for discipleship, worship, and evangelism. He spent 14 years as Vice President of Sales at Zondervan, a leading Christian Communications Company, where he was instrumental in launching resources like The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren, The Passion of Christ DVD, and the New International Version Bible Translation.
Ryan and his family moved from Grand Rapids, MI, to Colorado after he became Senior Vice President at David C Cook, a nonprofit publisher known for Sunday School curriculum. Later, he became President of Integrity Music, the leading worship music label, working with churches and worship leaders like Paul Baloche, Lincoln Brewster, and New Life Church. Ryan and his wife, Jodi, live in Colorado Springs, CO, with two adult sons.

Stephen Bos
Serving as Come and See’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Stephen Bos leads the effort to develop strategies and oversees marketing initiatives that determine how and where CAS shows up in the consumer and media landscape. Guided by his belief that "God always has more than we can hope or imagine," Stephen strives to serve with excellence, curiosity, and joy.
His diverse background spans consumer products, media, and global non-profits, including his most recent role running a strategy consultancy helping organizations integrate ministry motivation and business excellence. During his 25+ years at DaySpring (a subsidiary of Hallmark), Stephen launched, clarified and expanded a network of brands through product innovation, digital initiatives and creative partnerships. He also put together successful partner collaborations with organizations as varied as FTD, The Hallmark Channel, Compassion and LifeWay Publishing.
Based in Northwest Arkansas, Stephen pursues being the husband, father and grandfather who brings a big smile while provoking those closest to him to experience and express more of God's Kingdom each day.

Mark McKane
As Chief Growth Officer, Mark McKane leads Come and See in its efforts to maximize its global reach and content impact. Mark most recently served as Senior Vice President of Commercialization and Strategy for DaySpring, a wholly owned subsidiary of Hallmark Cards. In this role, Mark led the global commercialization teams of Design, Editorial, Product Development, Operations, Customer Service, Direct Sales, and Retail Sales. Mark has advised or served on several community-based non-profit boards, including the Big Brother Big Sister Foundation, City Impact, Kind at Heart, and as an Elder at his home church. Mark and his wife Lori graduated from East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. Today, they reside in Arkansas and are blessed with two adult children and three young grandchildren.

Kira McCracken
As Vice President of Development for Come and See, Kira McCracken leads fundraising efforts and the development of donor relations. Kira has devoted her career to advancing faith-based nonprofit organizations through strategic fundraising. She joins the organization after 13 years at Biola University, where she served as associate vice president and spearheaded the largest comprehensive fundraising campaign in the institution’s history. Kira’s work at Biola also included leading the annual fund program, the alumni relations program, the President’s Circle giving society, fundraising events and galas, as well as donor stewardship, communications and marketing.
Kira and her husband, Brett, live in Orange County, California, with their three children.

Wendi Lord, PhD
Dr. Wendi Lord’s experience spans Fortune 50 to not-for-profit organizations, with a focus on translation in the technology sector. For many years, she has served in leadership roles across the Christian publishing and music industries, and in 2023, released her book Propel Your Potential: Learn to Flourish When You Have Enough but Don’t Feel Like Enough. Dr. Wendi collaborates with clients and firms nationwide to help people flourish at work and in life.
Wendi and her husband reside in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Rick Dempsey
Rick Dempsey holds a key consulting role at CAS as Sr Vice President of Creative and Global Localization. His primary responsibility is maintaining the creative consistency and integrity of our localization efforts, a crucial task as we work towards dubbing 'The Chosen' into 100 languages and providing subtitles in 600 languages. Rick collaborates closely with Wendi Lord, our international vendors, and our creative teams. Prior to joining CAS, Rick spent an impressive 35 years as SVP, Creative at The Walt Disney Company. He was a founding member and creative leader of Disney Character Voices, domestic and international, where he played a pivotal role in directing some of Hollywood's most prominent talent in their character portrayals. On the global stage, he led creative teams in translating and dubbing Disney, Pixar, Lucas and Marvel projects in up to 65 languages worldwide.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Rick and his wife, Kari, are active members of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, CA. Their family includes five children, 4 of whom are married, and are blessed with 9 grandchildren.

Mike Kennedy
As Vice President of Marketing for Come and See, Mike Kennedy leads the implementation of the overall marketing strategy and development of brand awareness. Mike is passionate about telling stories that stir the soul and connect people with life-changing experiences that point them to Jesus.
For more than 25 years, Mike has led marketing and creative communications teams in the music, publishing, technology and nonprofit industries. Before joining Come and See, Mike served as the Global Story Director for Compassion International, managing a team of storytellers based in 30 countries. Mike also successfully launched a mobile app firm from the ground up with clients including Oprah Winfrey, KLOVE Radio Networks and Advertising Age.
While directing marketing efforts at NavPress and David C. Cook, Mike played a critical role in helping launch “The Message” Bible and developing audiences for authors including Francis Chan and his best-selling book, “Crazy Love.” In the early 2000s, he led the development of Dave Ramsey’s youth programs that continue to be utilized in thousands of schools and churches.
Mike lives in Colorado with his wife, Kim. They have two college-aged children.

Stan Jantz
As Global Ambassador, Stan Jantz leads Come and See in its mission to share the authentic Jesus with 1 billion people. After serving as president of one of the nation’s largest Christian bookstores, Stan began a writing career that has produced 75 books with more than 4 million copies sold. His latest title, released in 2021, is “The Healing Power of God: A Biblical Embrace of the Supernatural.”
Stan has also served in leadership roles with several Christian publishers and as president of the Evangelical Christian Publishers Association (EPCA), an international nonprofit trade organization of member companies that are involved in the publishing and distribution of Christian content worldwide.
For 24 years Stan has served on the board of trustees of Biola University, including a term as board chair. He and his wife, Karin, reside in Huntington Beach, California. They have two children.

Deborah Eldred
Deborah is the Head of Product at Come and See Foundation, where she leads a team of product professionals driving the development, user experience, and growth of the organization’s digital properties. A passionate advocate for customer-centric design, Deborah is committed to delivering best-in-class experiences by leveraging emerging technologies to meet real-world needs. With over 25 years of experience in digital product leadership across diverse industries, Deborah brings deep expertise in strategy, execution, and innovation. Before joining Come and See, she spent 11 years at Wells Fargo as Vice President of Mobile, where she led the mobile app strategy and development. Earlier in her career, she built several mobile products from the ground up—0 to 1 launches—for companies including Dex (advertising) and Nelnet (education). Deborah has spoken at industry conferences and was recognized as one of the Top Women to Watch in Mobile. She lives in Colorado with her husband, two adult children, and a bonus daughter-in-law. In her free time, she enjoys golfing, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.

Marty Coffey
Marty Coffey is an accomplished finance executive and CPA with over 20 years of leadership experience across private equity, wealth management, and corporate finance, including 10 years with a Fortune 15 global financial institution. With a proven ability to drive growth, lead high-performing teams, and navigate complex financial environments, Marty brings a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset to every challenge.
She lives in Colorado with her husband, two children, and two golden retrievers. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, skiing, and hiking.

Mart Green
Mart Green is an awarded Christian businessman and philanthropist. He is the co-founder of Hobby Lobby, a chain of arts and crafts stores, and Mardel, a chain of Christian and educational supply stores. He is also the founder of Every Tribe Every Nation, an alliance dedicated to "Eradicate Bible Poverty" for all 6000+ vital languages on planet earth.
Green is a native Oklahoman and has been married to Diana for over 40 years. They have four adult children, three children-in-law, and eleven grandchildren.

Rob Hoskins
Dr. Rob Hoskins is the president of OneHope, a global ministry committed to engaging every child in the world with God's Word. He has led OneHope toward an outcome-based, multimedia focus that includes digital programs like the Bible App for Kids. Dr. Rob holds a doctorate in theology and is a sought-after speaker and teacher.
He is also the author of several books, including Change Your World and Hope Delivered. He and his wife, Kim, have two incredible daughters and three grandchildren.

Raymond Harris
Raymond H. Harris is a successful architect, movie producer, and venture capitalist. He founded one of the largest architectural firms in the United States, which specializes in corporate architecture. He is also an author and executive producer of several movies that have been distributed by Sony Pictures and Lions Gate Entertainment. Raymond is involved in several charitable organizations and has worked on sustainable community development projects in Africa and Asia. He is married with four children and ten grandchildren.

Rob Showers
Rob Showers is a co-founder of Simms Showers LLP, a law firm that excels in civil and commercial litigation, focusing on church, nonprofit, and business law. He's represented a broad spectrum of clients, including major religious denominations and nonprofits. His career began in the U.S. Department of Justice, where he tackled child exploitation issues, and he later spearheaded the National Law Center for Children and Families. A Wake Forest University graduate, Rob is deeply committed to various boards and church planting, balancing a rich family life with his professional and community endeavors.

Roy Moore
Roy Moore is an esteemed entrepreneur with 25 years of experience and has generated over $0.5 billion in shareholder value across various industries. He's currently active on corporate and nonprofit boards and invests in early-stage ventures. Roy founded Be Strong to combat bullying and mental health issues, impacting over 2 million students annually. An inventor with seven patents, he has held C-level positions in numerous companies and is recognized for his sales strategy and merger and acquisition expertise.

Donovan Campbell
Donovan Campbell, Jr. is an attorney and shareholder at Rader & Campbell in Dallas, and has an extensive legal background, including significant roles in high-profile cases. A graduate of Princeton University and the University of Texas Law School, he's practiced law since 1975 across various U.S. courts. Don is married with five successful children, including a bestselling author, a hand surgeon, and real estate and legal professionals. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and family time.

Holly Moore
Holly Moore is an accomplished senior executive with more than twenty-five years of diverse leadership experience in a publicly traded company as well as both large and start-up non-profit organizations.
She is the President of Hollis Strategies where she collaborates with individuals and organizations to help them unlock the full potential of their teams and increase their capacity. Holly is a sought-after speaker and leadership coach who uses her expertise as a Certified Myers Briggs Practitioner, Certified 5 Voices Coach, and Certified Working Genius Facilitator to help leaders identify their personality-based communication patterns and how they apply to relationships and team performance. Holly has spoken to audiences throughout the United States as well in Egypt, Brazil, Zambia, Mexico, Costa Rica and Singapore.
Holly has over 14 years of executive leadership experience with non-profit organizations including serving as the Chief Operating Officer of Growing Leaders where she led a team that created and provided resources to teach leadership skills to the emerging generation.
Previously, she worked in the corporate health care industry for a decade in senior leadership positions. Her most recent executive position was as a divisional Vice President a publicly traded pharmacy services company. In that role, she had full P&L responsibility for a division of 250 team members in seven locations across the US.
In addition, she serves on the Board of Directors for three non-profit organizations including Street Grace, a nationally recognized organization fighting human trafficking. She recently concluded twelve years of service on the Oral Roberts University Board of Trustees including four years as Board Chair.
Biblical Advisory Council

Jesse Stone, PhD
Dr. Stone is Theologian in Residence at OneHope, an international ministry that equips church movements around the world with innovative scripture engagement resources for children and youth, including the Bible App for Kids. He completed his PhD in New Testament Studies from the University of St. Andrews in 2023 under the supervision of Prof. N. T. Wright. His academic interests include topics in biblical theology, Christian origins, Pauline theology, and reading the New Testament within its broader Jewish and Greco-Roman context. In addition to his work as Chair of the Global Theological Review Board for Come and See, Dr. Stone serves as a Visiting Professor of Biblical Theology and Missions at Southeastern University.

Finny Philip, PhD
Dr. Philip has been the principal of Filadelfia Bible College, Udaipur, India, since 2005. He completed his PhD in New Testament from the University of Durham, UK, which was subsequently published as The Origins of Pauline Pneumatology. His academic research focuses on Spirit movements in the New Testament and among first-century Christian communities. He was a theological editor (New Testament) for the landmark South Asia Bible Commentary published in 2015. He also currently serves as a senior consultant for the forthcoming South Asia Study Bible and a theological editor for the Asia Bible Commentary series. Additionally, Dr. Philip has been serving the Lausanne Movement as the Regional Director for South Asia (2013- 2017) and is now a Board Member.

J. Ayodeji Adewuya, PhD
Dr. Adewuya is Professor of New Testament and Greek at the Pentecostal Theological Seminary where he has taught since 2001. He received his PhD from the University of Manchester, England in 1999. He is the author of several academic monographs, commentaries, and popular-level books on the New Testament. His latest publication, An African Commentary on the Letter of James was released in January 2023. Dr. Adewuya is an active member in several academic and professional societies, including the prestigious Studiorum Novi Testamenti Societas. He has been a missionary to the Philippines since 1984 where he planted several churches and continues to minister. His wife, Grace Adewuya is the founder of the Amazing Grace Christian Foundation, a ministry that reaches out to underprivileged women and children in the Philippines, Kenya, Zambia, and Nigeria.

Miguel Álvarez, PhD
Dr. Álvarez is President of Seminario Bíblico Pentecostal Centroamericano (SEBIPCA) in Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. He received his PhD from the Oxford Centre for Mission Studies. Previously, he served as the President of the Asian Seminary for Christian Ministries (ASCM) Manila, Philippines) and the President of the South American Seminary (SEMISUD) in Ecuador. He has authored and edited several books, including Pasión por la Palabra, Theology of Mission, and Integral Mission: New Paradigm for Latin American Pentecostals. Dr. Álvarez serves on the Board of Directors for the World Alliance of Pentecostal Theological Education (WAPTE), Pentecostal World Fellowship Mission Commission (PWFMC), and the International Board of Education of the Church of God. Previously he was an associate representative for Superbook at the Christian Broadcasting Network (CBN). Dr. Alvarez has been a pastor, administrator and educator in the Church of God (Cleveland, TN). He is married to Dr. Mireya Alvarez and they have four grown children and six grandchildren.
